Pies are CHF 8 each with free delivery on orders of six or more (CHF10 for less than six).

The pies are delivered frozen, individually wrapped. They're 250gms so a good size for one.

Sorry I didn't do a January delivery - time just disappeared.

Could you expand a bit on the type of pies? I love a good pie but would avoid anything for sale in a garage shop.

The pies are Uk made by purepie (www.purepie.co.uk) in Kent. They are a full short crust pastry with a filling made with real chunks of meat, as against garage mince. I have sold them at various events around Switzerland, selling out three times over at last years Highland Games in St Gallen. They also sell at 'A Slice of Home' in Thun, so I am happy to say they are of deli quality.

We used to have a shop in UK that posted them frozen all over UK in polysterene containers via overnight courier

Lugano is a 3 hour drive from here so it is simply the time and therefore cost (we're in Meringen). If you are ordering a large quantity for yourself or a group, the it might be possible - say 50 pies. (I do this for customers in Basel).

Polysterine boxes may be a possibility but I will have to source the boxes and I am not in Switzerland too much at present. When I get a chance I will make some investigations. The problem with polysterine is that you will not be able to refreeze the pies, as they are already frozen, which means you have to eat the pies within 2 days to be food safe.
