Many people have asked me about cake decorating classes.

I can now recommend a wonderful lady in Glattfelden, who has just started giving classes in sugar flower modelling, mother & child marzipan modelling and cake decorating classes. She speaks mainly German, but can understand English and is definitely not shy when instructing in a broken English/German.
