Holiday guesthouse, Mazury Lake District, Poland

Hi All

My mum's welcoming visitors to her guest house and B&B in the Mazury Lake District, which is in the heart of the national nature reserve.

The nearby lake is one of the cleanest and quietest in the region, as it's closed to motor boat traffic. This makes the location perfect for hikes, kayaking, swimming, cycling, fishing, windsurfing, etc.

Please contact Barbara directly for more information.

Many thanks
Chris

Hi Deborah!

Hope you're doing well.

35zl is around 12 Swiss francs. Poland is generally very cheap for travel and living.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

All the best
Chris

No problem.

There are two rooms available, each with a double-bed. Although I'm sure 1 or 2 more single beds could be improvised if necessary.

I guess the EN portion of the website is still work in progress.

May I know if this is the place ?

And if Bialystok is the nearest major railway station ?

Yep, still some way to go. It was actually a student who designed the page, although I may have to redo it to make it more functional.

Yes, that's the region: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masuria

In answer to your questions, Olsztyn is the nearest train station.

You can also catch a cheap 3-hour bus journey from Warsaw direct to Szczytno, which is 5 minutes by taxi from the guest-house. The bus journey is 32zl one way.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

There is a cheaper way to reach Olsztyn, 3h10m from Warsawa on Polskibus.
