Are you looking for a prenatal yoga class in English?

I offer prenatal yoga at a wonderful yoga studio conveniently located at Stauffacher, Zurich.

Prenatal yoga can be a great support during pregnancy and create a wonderful connection between mother and child. Prenatal yoga offers safe, easy and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, and to prepare you for childbirth. And it is a great place to meet other English speaking moms-to-be and to get lots of information on giving birth in Switzerland.

*** NEW CLASSES STARTING IN ERLENBACH IN SEPTEMBER ***

Hi ladies,

In association with The Apple Tree (www.apple-tree.ch), I will now also offer yoga classes at a wonderful location just a short walk from Erlenbach train station.

Times: Fridays from 12:30pm - 1:30pm

All classes are appropriate for both new and experienced yoga students. Language is English. Trial lessons are free.
