I cannot recommend this course enough! I just completed mine a few weeks ago and was very satisfied with the course content. It is in English but you can always ask about its availability in German, or at least ask about the vocabulary as the lady is German

Thanks again Lui!

Re: 8 or 16 hour first aid course for summer jobs

Again, I am offering a general first aid course in English for all kinds of requirements:

GENERAL FIRST AID/COMPACT FIRST AID

June 23, 2011
8.30 until 18.30 o'clock
Langnau am Albis/Adliswil, ZH

The course will cover all major first aid techniques including CPR, bleeding, spinal injuries, burns and poisoning. You will learn about heart attack, stroke and diabetic emergencies. Recognise and manage seizures, head injuries and other bone and soft tissue injuries, and many other emergencies.

All participants receive a hand-out to keep for future reference. There is a focus on hands-on exercises.

Course fee for the day is CHF 150 per person for the 8 hour course (date as above)

Course instructor is a medical doctor and accredited first aid, CPR and AED instructor with more than 10 years experience in teaching these programmes.

The course is certifiable as a compact course (8 hours) or a general course (16 hours). For the general course, additional sessions to this session must be scheduled and are charged for. This course does not qualify for the Swiss driving license.

For more information and to register, send an email to info@healthyandsafe.biz or send me a message through the forum.
