| Hi Upthehatters2008 and poptart
As mentioned, Oh! sweetest thing cupcakes are gourmet, meaning they're not mass produced and each one is decorated by hand. Fräulein Meier has plenty of customers who are happy to pay the price because they value the craft that goes into making each cupcake.
Of course they're not for everybodies pocket. If that's the case or you're happy with a cheap alternative, Coop and Migros sell 2 cupcakes for around 4 CHF. Taste and design-wise you get what you pay for.
All the best

Chris, well, since I make my own in my own kitchen, I guess I don't get to call them 'gourmet', but I'm not exactly a factory and can't imagine what makes these worth 59CHF for 10. If you can get it, awesome, though it's seriously eye popping. The time spent making cupcakes isn't all that much, so I'd be terrified to see what her prices for bread would be where there is a lot of time and manual labor in the process. Does she make all the candies and marshmallows herself or something?
I've been making them every year for Halloween since Martha Stewart published the idea in her mag about a decade ago and they're really pretty simple to make. And, while I don't grind my own flour or churn my own butter, they can qualify for homemade.
NB: and if anyone else wants cute halloween cupcakes - google for "Martha Stewart Creepy Cupcakes" or PM me as I think I have a bunch of the illustrations around somewhere in my folders and have a good chocolate cupcake recipe.
