Hi,
I am a swedish chef living in Basel since 8 years. I teach cooking courses in Thai, Caribbean, French, Indian etc....If there is any interest I can set up a course in the confort of your own home. I also work as a private chef for small to medium groups. My specialitiy is Curry evenings.

Re: Private chef Cooking courses

I would be interested...but I live in Zurich. What are your restrictions? And could you give a "ballpark" idea of cost, please?

That sounds like a pretty good evening. Swiss kitchens tend not to have much workspace though. Would that be an issue?

What sort of cost are we looking at for an evening of your time?

Do you give courses on how to serve Surstroemming without scaring away the guests?

I have three cans in my fridge (though one is a bit young, it hasn't started bulging yet), just waiting for the right occasion!
