I'm looking for serious candidates who wish to make improvements in their effectiveness at work. Primarily, we would work together to focus on achieving breakthroughs on significant current challenges from a leadership perspective. We would follow a solution-based approach, marshalling resources to tackle the challenges, rather than excessive introspection or exploration of what may have happened to date, backed where necessary by appropriate contemporary leadership models. There is also the opportunity to focus on strategy development, career development, resilience etc. as well. The key thing is a dissatisfaction with the current situation and an openness to working at improving performance . We would start right away and continue until May.

I am a psychologist with 15 years direct leadership experience, 5 years in the British Army, 5 years in UK manufacturing, and 5 years in international FMCG at a senior level. I'm currently engaged in full-time postgraduate study at masters level in sports psychology, organisational psychology, and coaching psychology. I'm passionate about this area in particular. I will submit my logbook from the sessions for assessment by the university, with the client details fully anonymised, and in any case the focus of the log is on my coaching, rather than the client's issues. I'm supervised in this endeavour by Dr Ho Chung Law, a leading academic and professional in the field.

As it is part of my Continuing Professional Development (CPD) I'm offering these sessions for free although there is a nominal charge of 20 CHF per session to cover my expenses. Please PM me asap if interested, last semester I had a large response and had to work on a first-come first served basis!
