Does it work on everybody?

Hair removal that covers practically all skin types and all hair types.

The ideal candidate for pulsating light hair removal is one who has dark hair on very light skin.

The pulsating light technique does not work on the following skin and hair:
- Black skin
- White or ginger hairs
- Fair skin

Is it safe ?
