I am offering postpartum care for "Mommy and Baby" that get discharged from the hospital after delivery. That means I do house calls!

Services include:

> Help with care of Mother and Child
> Help with Breastfeeding or any other way of feeding
> Weight checks
> Blood draws and Medications (i.E. Newborn screen, Vitamin K)
> All postpartum checks, like Uterus height and c-section incisions
> Postpartum pelvic floor exercise instructions
> Handling and Questions - including Mommy, Baby, Daddy and the rest of the Family

The first 10 days after delivery are paid by insurance. After the 10 day period it would be an out of pocket expense.

A little bit about myself

I am a mother of two children -8 and 11- and married. In the maternity care I have worked since 1998. Currently I am also employed by a hospital here in Switzerland at 40%. I have worked in the USA for 12 years, 10 of them were on a maternity floor - (most likely I will be able to accommodate your needs even if you are not from here )
Being a Swiss, married to an American and raising our children... lets say, mostly american-swiss, I have a good idea how it feels, having a child at a home far away from home.
