Yes I'd love to know that too - I did not know I needed some kind of official cleaning when we left and we were simply going to use our cleaning lady. But now my landlord is asking for someone to attend the handover and I am worried about what we need to clean.

Of course the windows will be cleaned - but do I need to get the blinds and balcony done too? Is this sort of detail written in the contract or is it just some 'law' in Switzerland that you are supposed to know?

Any help would be appreciated.
