I'm interested in a pair of the adult size medium footie pajamas, but I have a few questions before I purchase them.

Do the pajamas have some type of a front zipper or button fly? What about a backdoor buttoned flap for easy #2 access? If not, is it possible to customize a pair at an additional charge?
