Sorry dude, running the show from Downunder and don't log on every day.

Not free, but at 300Chf for 10 X 45 minute sessions it might as well be!

Thanks for always catching my mistakes, what would I do without you? MWAAA!

Re: Adults swimming and Boot Camp H20

Do you do an intensive course? Say every day for a week?

I'm interested in doing something like that next summer. I have taught myself to swim freestyle, and consequently I can swim around 1K, but I am soooo slow, obviously have very bad technique! I want to do some swim races and Tris, but I need to speed up!

Re: Adults swimming and Boot Camp H20

I would LOVE to be able to go that way, but the pool space here is so limited, that I can't rent enough water. And the times that I do have are full which means I can't put something new into the schedule, sadly.

Re: Adults swimming and Boot Camp H20

Is anyone aware of any adult masters swim teams in the Zurich area? Or is there a pool that you can swim in? I'm moving to Zurich in September and looking to stay active in the pool

Re: Adults swimming and Boot Camp H20

Hi everyone, it's time to get fit for summer!

Waterbabies.ch still has some places in our adults swimming program starting up next week, in the following courses.

Circuit Training, Boot camp H20.
Adults 4X4, training in all styles.
Adults beginners and intermediate lessons.

If you want to find out about any of the courses, just ask!

Re: Adults swimming and Boot Camp H20

I might be tempted to get back into the cross training/bootcamp stuff once back from Easter. I haven't swum (regularly) since this time last year - when I finally managed to crack 3 stroke breathing!
