Great, now I can finally ask the question: Back in SA we have a cut and blow-wave. What is that in swiss (german)? I see prices for brushing, and for legen, and of course cutting, but am totally lost. Which is why I am currently growing my hair! How do I ask for a "cut and blow"?

Brushing or föhnen is blowdrying and a haarschnitt is a hair cut. Legen I don't know so I can't help with that one. Just make sure you ask for a price before you start so you don't get shocked at the end... Prices are about double what they are in australia, so just be careful. My first haircut here was 87 CHF and I have really short hair. Hope that helps.

How long is your hair?? Prices for short hair start at 99CHF as it is a bit on the high end of hair salons. For kids it also starts at 40CHF so it's not for everyone.... Hope that helps
