no immediate plans tomorrow, might pop up if i can.
i will try looking for it since i haven't been to that area yet, might as well take a tour, it will all depend on the weather too
is there someone there from zurich who is coming alone that might want to go together with me just for company?

Thanks everyone for all the best wishes and thumbs up! The shop building work is not quite finished, but to make up for it we will be opening a number of bottles of fermented grape juice in case the Ale does run out. |

Thanks everyone for coming. We sold out of pies and sausages, will try to get Cumberland soon and more of the Chillilli.
Watch this space for more special Satuday openings, including sat 14th November when Jack will be presenting his hand made chocolates. He left a tray yesterday for free tasting and they were gone by lunchtime, they're seriously good!
Big thanks also to Kadie, our neighbour up here who volunteered her free day to help man the till and pour the wine, she did a great job!

Congratulations to Mike and Bob for the shop; and for having Colins and Jacks delicious products there as well. (***Kadie was super at the till and serving libations- never a glass was empty***) | | This user would like to thank J.L-P for this useful post: | |

Also congratulations from us! Nice shop indeed. It also seems like your Shropshire Blue has triggered Cameron's first real word. As we strapped him into the car seat he kept saying "Cheeeeeeeese" |

yes the shop was very nice as were the people (of course). But that bacon is what is sensational i just ate it for breakfast with some eggs(not the whole pack i would like to add) it was soooooooooooo good it almost felt like being back home in england eating a nice bacon and egg breakfast on a sunday morning with a nice cup of coffee.
But thank you and congratulations, also good luck for the future.

Just wondering as a non-Zuricher, are there any plans to open an on-line version of the whole shop, including the cheese, pies, beer and bacon/sausages?
I imagine there might be some demand from the rest of Switzerland for something like that, starting with me
Cheers!

Cheers! | | | | | Spiffing Ales can be purchased online in the shop but you would have to collect - it's not normally possible to deliver Real Ales as the delivery companies couldn't correct handling. However, we could arrange personal delivery of large quantities on an ad hoc basis.

Cheers! | | | | | Cheese will suffer being delivered overnight, but meat can be a problem. I do know there is a demand, at least in Geneva from the expat-expo there, and we are looking at ways of getting our products to some other retailers. Watch this space!
