There are some great deals to be had on the British Airways site. They've got summer flights to London City Airport from ZRH for under SFr. 200.--

You can get flights to London (LHR or LCY) on Swiss for 150-200 all year round depending on times.

Also, check the small print on BA site. I looked at London City to Zurich quoted £110 return plus this note:

Regular prices on Swiss are equally competitive most of the time.

I have just received an email from Swiss offering Heathrow - Zurich £99 return.
