Looking to get fit? Do you want to strength and tone muscles, gain energy and confidence, and melt unwanted fat?
CA Sport Fitness is a new workout program that allows you to burn calories efficiently while not dreading the work. You choose your sport(s): volleyball, basketball, football, or soccer. The ball will be provided and each program will be geared towards your individual fitness goals. Every session is like a sport practice where you will participate in different exercises related to the sport of the day. The idea being that your attention will be more focused on the ball than the muscle burn and cardiovascular workout. Get back to playing the sport you had time for in the past, or try something new!
The coach: Jacqueline, is in her 4th year as a professional volleyball player playing top leagues in both France and Switzerland. She has over 10 years of experience coaching adults and kids, and is currently the "Volley Fitness" instructor at the Migros schools in Fribourg and Neuchatel. She is currently finishing up her masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Sport Psych, in Geneva.
