Hi All!
I'm proud to announce that today is the official launch of Gbanga Famiglia, created by the Zurich-based start-up where I work.
You may have already read about it in today's issue of 20Min:

For non-German speaking readers:
Mafioso are fighting bitterly for power in the city: This is the starting point of the mobile phone game, launched on Tuesday by the Zurich-based game studio, Gbanga.
As a Mafia boss take control of a strip-club along Zurich's Langstrasse or a posh bar in Seefeld: what players of the mobile game
Gbanga Famiglia can do as of today. "Every player has the opportunity to take-over their favourite restaurant or bar when visiting the establishment" says Matthias Sala (29), co-founder and CEO of the Zurich-based games studio, Gbanga. "During pre-launch testing, El Local and Reithalle have witnesses the most action." Like other games running on the Gbanga platform, Gbanga Famiglia is location-aware, which means that it uses the mobile phone network to see where the player is currently located.
Those who don't want to lose control of their establishments to rival Famiglia, must recruit as many Famiglia members as possible. Players can also gain power and influence if they accumulate stolen property: "We have virtual paintings, diamonds and other valuables located throughout Gbanga - the more you collect, the higher you climb in the gangster hierarchy," says Matthias Sala. Gbanga Famiglia not only works in Zurich, but around the globe. The software is free to download for the iPhone and other mobile phone models.
