Finally after a few months of hard work and a few nightmares my online store is up and running. As some of you may know, when I moved to Switzerland I found that the offer for plus size clothing was not optimal, the prices were too high and the quality not great PLUS I did not really want to look like my granny...
So now I present you ...

My own little store. This is just a start for me where I offer clothes for all sizes (focusing on sizes 44-54 European) at very good prices. I have dresses, t-shirts, trousers, shirts, blouses, skirts, tunics etc...

Please take a look and tell me what you think, sorry beforehand for the low quality of some of the pictures (when enlarging) it seems I can not get my camera to work properly sometimes.

Just one small suggestion: Could you provide a breakdown of what the material is? (i.e whether its cotton, or something else?)

If I remember right with ZenCart, it is in the CSS - and set in a few places (for each column, header, footer), so you'll need to change it in each location. Also, you can get rid of the ZenCart logo from the header through one of the settings on your control panel. Sorry, it has been about five years or so since I used ZC, so perhaps things have been made simpler since then, but it was a lot of fiddling around to find the right settings!

Great idea, though do also start with some smaller sizes.
Also I would suggest using a mannequin (like the ones in shop windows) for the clothing as to define their shape, with the correct lighting and a good background so that the photography turns out nicely.

I tried the mannequin for smaller sizes but it becomes a bit tricky and the clothes do not show off as nice in the bigger sizes. I do have sizes 36-42 as well as 44-56

Well done! It is easy to moan about things when you don't find what you like, but so many people (me often included) don't do anything about it, just keep moaning. It is so great that you have decided to do something about it instead.

There is a file referenced from the stylesheet .css file(s) called ../images/tile_back.gif i.e.

You will need to change the colour of this (and any other like it).

How to I know:
- look at the source of the page - firefox is good in that you can highlight and select partial source just for the bit you want to change.

-you look in the .css files referenced in the page:

The ../ means up one level from where the css is, so you have:

You might need to do this for other images if youchange this one and others remain green. Also note there are css etc for print version as well as what you see on screen. Maybe edit all the green images you find under /includes/templates/classic/images/ to the colour you want, and then see where you are. Saves tracking the location of every image for every element.

Good idea about the bio cotton, I will start importing from Peru once I see how the store does ... I can get real cheap prices there, Great suggestion!

EDIT: Little Polka you mean the butterfly? LOL I love that as a tattoo as well and was planning on getting it
