Hey all
due to a class split, I have
2 places available for a bread making class (
The Baker's Dozen) for tomorrow night - class starts @ 18.30 and lasts approx 3 and 1/2 hrs.
This is for beginners only (hence the splitting of the class) starting from all the theory behind bread making, through mixing, kneading, rising, proving and ending up with baking 5 different breads

- Pain de Siegle
- Walnut Bread
- Zopf
- no-knead, no-rise brown bread
