my wife and i get back from vacation. and what do we see, somebody tagged our mailbox with graffiti. there are over 15 mailboxes, and this person picked ours! WTF!

its marker pen so some isopropyl alcohol will have it off in a few seconds... unless its one of those etching grafitti markers - then you you have no chance

Take that picture to the cops and let them have a copy, if you can provide details about a possible timeframe when this happened it will make them even happier. They will likely either offer a cleaning service (likely payed even by the state) and/or tell you a trick how to get rid of it. Most likely they might even send by a cop to take official photos.

Now, that does not really help you, but if this person ever gets caught tagging they go down for everything that looks the same..... and that is quite costly. Switzerland has a good success rate with these kind of cases btw

If you can clean it off, just take off the "WAS HERE" bit and replace it with "IS A DICKHEAD"

I asked this same question to a cop one time when I was pulled over out of a group of cars speeding. He looked at me and asked "have you ever gone duck hunting?" Had to laugh at that comeback even though I was getting a ticket

IMHO, KCBR is a freaking awesome graffiti crew and they are making Zürich a better/more beautiful/less sad place
