Ordered a Hometheater online in Conforama and got the confirmation that this is "Ready For Pickup".
I reached the underground delivery center and collected the receit to wait for the box to arrive.
People came and went by, I waited for more than an hour until someone shouted my name, with expected eyes I reached him, he told me that there is a mistake and my order is not available at their store.
He also told I should receive a SMS and then only should come, the automated emails are not reliable.
First, from where am I supposed to know that the emails are not reliable and secondly there was no reference to any SMS in the confirmation of Order.
I was too angry to speak at that time and just left.
Today thought of complaining, called and first three attempts someone disconnected the call as soon as the automated message stopped.
Then my call was passed to three person before I really got angry and asked them to figure out what happened and call me back at my mobile.
I could not find any email id also where I can raise my issue.




What an amazing Customer Service??
Do we not have any "Central Authority" that accepts Customer Complaints and takes action?
