online shopping failure

As a big fun of Canada Goose, I ordered 2 jackets from the site: canadagoosezurich.cabanova.com and obviously this site is nothing but cheating. They charged my credit card but didn't send my order. I emailed them and got no answer. Please make sure that you don't buy from them!

Anyone has similar experience? I am not sure if I stand a chance to get some money back, my credit card company cannot do anything.

Any advice/tips are highly appreciated!

Ask your card issuer to perform a chargeback.

In my experience, there are lots of dodgy websites offering Canada goose jackets at impossibly cheap prices.

I would suggest you go to the official CG website and find a local official retailer.

I suggest to remove the link in the first post and just leave the name of the site - otherwise EF is just helping with their search engine ranking, and others to become victims.

I probably won't have to tell you that it wasn't very smart to not buy from an official retailer. These jackets are known for being counterfeited.
Best bet - as there's not much else left to do I'm afraid - would be to try and get a chargeback from your credit card company.

Like it was mentioned, get a chargeback ASAP ( Rückbelastung in DE ).

I'm not so sure. I think Jrspet is correct - your cc can chargeback or you can dispute the charge. Then the vendor has to prove you got your merchandise.

Also, you only mention you emailed the company. How long after you were supposed to get the merchandise did you email them? Have you tried calling too? Sending a registered letter? There are plenty of options still left for you, but it might require some time and effort on your part. Hope it works out.
