Not a mamak stall in sight.

Where can I get my hands on a bowl of hot Soup Kambing!

After 6 days of being knocked out by the flu bug, I'm craving for some delicious home delicacies.

You can get a hot bowl of Sup Kambing ( even ask for more spice if you are daring ) at Hotwok in Regensdorf . This is my favourite starter everytime i visit .

Dude, make your own. Just boil the 'kambing' meat & bones gently for an hour or more with some slices of fresh ginger, a tsp of 'ketchap manis', a couple of cloves of garlic, celery, coriander, black pepper and a pinch of salt.

Hope you recover soon.
