Re: Fed up with drunk drivers

I would say replace the pots to something sturdy but cheap, just in case there's another one (as it's not the first one, might not be the last). It's better they hit your pot rather than your house!!

Are you on a bend? You hear about houses on bends where drunk and speeding drivers regularly fail to negotiate the bend and go sightseeing.

Re: Fed up with drunk drivers

Feng Shui believers would put a mirror in front of the plant pots, the driver would then swerve to avoid the car coming towards him.

How big is (was) your plant pot that it can stop a car outright?

Correcting the spelling or grammar of a person with dyslexia (or as close as it gets) only makes you look like a douchebag.

It is on a straight residential street. Knowing the area there is nothing that should distract a driver.

The planter was about a metre tall and several metres back from the road.
