Hi Any advice please

I bought a business and quite expensive business mobile phone from an orange dealer with a two year contract last Saturday

Didn't get to unseal the box myself as this was done by the salesman before he emerged from the storeroom When I got home and tried to charge the battery found the connector was bent and internal battery connection was loose

Have so far spent five hours travelling back and forth from home to the orange shop only to be told that they would not repair or change the phone as they deemed I had broken it which is not true

Spent hours trying to get on to orange customer service only to be told they had no responsibility in law and it was up to the local dealer to repair or not as he felt fit This seems like madness Any advice or ideas PLEASEEEE
