Hi all:

I am looking for the Swiss equivalent (if there is one) of something called the "Better Business Bureau" in the States.

With the Better Business Bureau, anyone can file a complaint against a company where it will be registered for all to see if a report of the company is requested.

There is a small "business" legal matter that I am looking into that I do not wish to have a lawyer for (or even the authorities involved) as of yet. I am already aware that it will probably end up costing alot for me with no solution since there is not much that I can do being a foreigner here.

It is more of just lodging the complaint (somewhere) in principal then seeing what happens.

Any help or tips you can provide would be greatly appreciated including telling me to just "let it go".

There is no such thing like a Better Business Bureau in this country (unless you consider Konsumentenschutz as an equivalent). Neither the legal nor the cultural situation would allow such a bureau. If you want to rant, just do it here - I'm sure the other EFers will listen to you and probably also give some advice.

Well, that must be the reason that Bravofly.com is located in Switzerland...to avoid any consequenses.

They are a skyscraping company that continually rips off consumers. Their website made an error in booking a flight, which they refused to acknowledge, and charged me over 400USD for a flight I never booked. That is more than the cost of the flight because any customer service phone calls are chaged by the minute! And they 'sold' me flight insurance I did not want.

Their 'customer service' people are rude and blame the customer. They refused to accept my credit card company's block.

Unfortunate there is no way to investigate them as a quick perusal of the internet will find many such complaints against this company.
