I always had good relationship with my neighbour untill we move to switzerland !!!!
but here, my swiss neighbour took my lundry away and says she thought it belongs to her daughter!!?? took my flowers away and say I should not leave in a public cellar, but she leavs all her old chairs there!!?? she pick up one old cola bottle and say my children droped it which is not
I think she should really go to check her mental situation.
ps. she is divorced with 2 child.

I also give sympathy and understand her miserable situation, but it looks she does not like so called "auslander" , what I am going to do with such a low-level swiss woman????

My advice: get your kids to stop throwing cola bottles and why would you store flowers in a public cellar? Chairs seems fine since they're inert.

Show some love, compassion and smile in the face of adversity, that normally takes the edge off the frosty relations. It's not like she's chopped your pets into sushi sized chunks is it? Invite her over for a cup of coffee, get chatting, share some smalltalk, don't allow your preconceptions any space to build into some big deal that doesn't really exist.
