I decide to pop down to stores this afternoon in town and after driving around the car park in a rather busy shopping centre, I saw a person backing out of a space so I thought great that`ll do me I am gonna av it! The person drove out of the space towards my car and I saw another car drive straight into my space damn!
In the car that took my space there were three large men, now normally I would not want to bother these persons, since 3 against 1 doesn`t go down well, but I felt really angry inside, I put my car behind the car that was in my space this car had foreign plates! went over to the driver and said in very strong english accent "Who the hell do you think you are? which country do you come from? did you not see me waiting?" The guy turned around and said " I am really sorry I will move" I stood there in amazement and just moved my car and got my space back
Funny though when I came back to my car later I did check for any vandalism absolutely nothing.

As we were leaving Gruyère's car park recently - a nice lady gave us a big smile as she'd been waiting for some time (we could see her from a distance) - as we moved out, another lady arrived at speed and took the space. I explained to her the other lady had been waiting- she looked very butter wouldn't melt middle-class, local Swiss accent, but she just said 'tough'. I was so furious on behalf of the other lady (who happened to be black).

My feelings exactly, the ignorance of some people who cannot understand basic courtesy in this country makes my blood run hot!

So you post a you-tube vid of an incident in the UK, to support an experience of the exact opposite, to support the lack of basic courtesy in this country that makes your blood run hot.
Was there any chance that they guy just didnt see you at all? Because if I unwillingly took someone's spot and they complained to me, I'd probably tell em where to go...
Sorry if this offends you but in 99% of cases complaining about a car space is ridiculous. Nah scratch that 100%

Which part of my message did you not understand or are you the type of person who does not mind being trampled over by a public who does not understand common courtesy???
How about open your eyes first before you take some else`s space that they have been waiting for!!!
You should be more tolerating...
Most probably they didn't see you if you're saying that they finally give back the space.
In some other places poeple are even fighting for stuff like this.

So which one are you? One of the drivers or the son?

Bizarre. I'm even more confused now.
So what`s so wrong with that are you Judge or Jury???

First in gets the spot. Arguments like 'I saw it first' are unprovable and ridiculous.

It would have been easier if the driver had enough common courtesy or even sense not to do that in the first place, sounds like you do not understand properly the circumstances
I would have posted this in "what I like about Switzerland". Geez, in many parts of the world someone would have been dead for this "incident", you iz lucky!

Erm. Lack of logic?
You have a positive experience in that someone relinquishes a parking space they took as they didn't realise you were waiting for it.
You then post an incident of road rage vis-à-vis a similar parking "ownership" issue that is UK-based.
To then rant about the -quote- basic courtesy in this country -unquote- that exists.
Sorry, but that's a logic fail, unless you are currently based in the UK.
As for who I am, just a passer-by on the EF. You can choose to ignore me, although you still haven't answered my original question about what exactly your complaint is.
