Be careful if its a cablecome recorder uncle max. I've had to start setting my to record ten minutes before and after the actual program I want now as its continually cut things off on my lately.

I think that's because SF2 are very bad at keeping to their schedule, and the box relies on the published times. I usually get away with 3 mins either side but it's caught me out a couple of times.

I doubt the Cablecom Recorder supports that, though - BW-TV definitely doesn't.

VPS is something that VCRs can use to "know" about a delay in a programme.

Lob, I think we definitely share the same taste in movies, Team America, Anchorman... another favourite of mine is Dumb & Dumber... you get the general idea.
