Sculpture in Lausanne?

I was just listening to a show on Radio 4 about the Nelson Mandela statue that used to be outside the Royal Festival hall. Apparently the sculptor has a sculpture in Lausanne somewhere..
His name is Ian Walters.... anyone any idea where it is and what it is?
