Sports in Lausanne

Hi, I'm in Lausanne this September (2007) for work and I'm looking to keep up my running whilst I'm there. If anyone is interested in going running, showing me some good routes etc, that would be great ;-)

Also I want to find a good swimming pool, any suggestions ???

Any other sporting suggestions are welcome !
