I am now working on a hallway dresser the movers scratched all over the place. I'll take some pictures. I am doing Indian style.

I apply the color with brushes, sponges and plastic bags for textures.

Whew! Amazing! And beautiful!

You must have an incredible amount of patience.
I tried making one of those ..... only got about 1/4 finished and gave up ..... made it into a wallhanging instead!

Re: What do you make? Show us your stuff...

Finished my oil painting.

But ...... cannot get around how to post it here.

Tis not the usual "Copy and Paste" story, is it? Something much more complicated. Oh well ... I`ll wait for someone intelligent in the family to have some time to show me how to do it ..... a grand-kid .....or toddler .....

I just completed my first Christmas cards and I'm quite happy with the result
They're not fabulous photos, I used gold metallic ink

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the postcards nic80! Which reminds me, maybe I should slowly start thinking about mine so I don't get late like last year <.<

How did you do them? Hand painted? Printing press?

I'm using an Adana letterpress. Much like this one (ignore the beginning, its the rebuild part)

Hoping to make some pennies out of it... eventually. Got to get the site up etc first But at the moment I'm just having fun doing the design and manufacture

Looks really nice. I made some printing on a 300 year old press at school, using linoleum carved pictures. Always wanted to re-do the experience, but the only press available atm at home is my bum...

Here's my latest effort, finished last week. This is a pastel drawing of the Vallée de la Sagne between Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds. Done from a photo that I took during a snowshoe hike a few years ago.

WOW! That is amazingly beautiful! And I mean that .... as one artist to another.

I would like to do a painting of snow ... but it`s so difficult! ...all that white!
