I have recently moved to quaint and beautiful Bassersdorf. November 11th has turned into quite a nut show to say the least. Since precisely 11:11 this morning, I have seen people dressed as cows, minstrels dressed in velvet, Fred Flinstone, Heuy, Dewey & Louie, a extra from the original Star Trek series and other assorted weird costumes. Not to mention what sounds like a 40 piece, marching band playing pop music such as "Smoke On The Water", "The Age of Aquarius" and I swear I heard them playing "How Dry I Am".
Back in Canada, November 11th is a day of reflection for those who lost their lives during war.
What in all that is holy are these people going on about????
It's 10:19pm!!!
-shakes fist out window-
