| | | New Starbucks in Baden
After seemingly years of work on the train station in Baden, they pulled down the wooden scaffolding to reveal a shiny new Starbucks on Gleis 1. Anyone know when it opens?

So first Baden got the McDonalds...
then the Burger King...
then the Subway...
now the Starbucks.
All we need now is a Domino's, Taco Bell, and KFC!
They can make space by kicking out that nasty smoker bar full of old geezers on the other end of the station.

I noticed the Starbucks there this morning, and as I'd just missed my bus I thought a coffee would be a good idea. Unfortunately it seemed to be a case of lights on, but nobody home.

maybe, in view of this being Baden and being able to see a certain place out of the window, Starbucks will follow McDonalds' lead and relax their no alcohol policy. An after-work coffee just doesn't have the same feel ...

The place is bound to be filled with people speaking English and wearing their id badges. 
There is no shortage of places to sit and drink coffee in Baden. The Migros Take Away under the station has been redone and in addition to removing the grocery section and replacing it with tables and chairs they have added free wireless LAN with no time limit.  | | The following 4 users would like to thank Mrs. Doolittle for this useful post: | |
