Are there any Latvian citizens?

It is important. Latvian government has stolen the possibility to sign for the Referendum here. But this is very important. If we want good future for Latvia, it is necessary to go to Vienna or Paris to sign for the referendum for the Russian language as a second state language. If you can travel, please do sign.
