How do you guys think the finance/bank industry is going to change in Switzerland in 2012/2013.

I'm not into finance, but I'm aware CS plans to fire some employees due to the current crisis, but I was wondering whether they except to go back to the "old days" sometime after?

Anyone in CS/USB/HBSC/GS/... here?

The big banks of UBS and CS are outsourcing more and more to India, Singapore, and elsewhere.

I doubt the "old days" come anytime soon. Perhaps when they find
out that their computers now think "2+2=12", they will change.
