Super wind here near Bern.......massive amounts of rain wiped out yesterdays 3 cm of snow. Now at 7:00 pm the rain has changed over to snow again. Maybe it can MAKE UP IT'S F'ING MIND and stick to one type of weather. Damn. Sleet, snow, rain, warm sunshine, high winds, cracks of thunder, 12 degrees to 1 degree all within about 24 hours. Waiting for the dead to start walking now |

Bern city started snowing last night. It was such a cliché moment for me. Walking home after a fun Christmas party, a bit tipsy, with the one I love, and its starts to snow (my first time experiencing it). But so cool to see the white roofs this morning.

Yep, 30 cm overnight here and still coming strong. OH playing outside with his blower (now, now children..) whilst I am supposed to be making pastry for mince pies and short bread dough to make Christmas biscuits with the grand-kids when they arrive. Better go and get on then.

Woke up at 6 ish to the sound of the snow plough driving up the road. Looked out and had a light covering everywhere. Gone now though, except for a few patches on the roof.
