In my original country the current forecast for the next 4 days is -35 to -30, in some places up to -32. According to health regulations, school gym classes are not to be held outdoors if it is below -20.

So -5? Put a sweater on.
The fact that some touaregs in the desert live with temperatures reaching 45º does not mean that's normal weather or that most people can resist such temperatures. Why laugh and tell people to put a sweater on when there are already over 30 people dead in eastern europe, do you find it funny?

Not seen behind the camera is the heated van with all of their clothes in it.
P.S. I'll take the one in the black thong.

um...the point being that -5 in Switzerland is somewhat unlikely to kill you, especially if wearing clothes and not sleeping outdoors?

Hee hee... Seeing men in Mankinis is always good for a laugh... the guy in the little black whatevers has even ditched the snow boots for some good ol' whatevers. (whatevers could be interchanged with Thongs depending from where you hail)

I took my son skiing in -15C a couple of weeks ago. The sun was shining and there was no breeze. It was absolutely magical. It was like we were skiing on sparkling diamonds. The snow brushed off like sand. Today, however, not so good. The snow melted when it hit you, it was slow and we were drenched .
