We just moved to Zurich, and enjoyed the new year's celebrations thoroughly. I remember we once talked to someone in America who told us to make sure we visit Ürnasch, Appenzell for the (Alter Silvester) New Years celebrations on 13 January. We tried to find some information online but can only find singing "Silvesterklause". Is there something more to the celebrations? Is it worth going? Also, I assume the celebrations are on the night of the 13th? Or is it on the eve of the 13th?
