We don't have any laying snow and there were only a couple of miniscule flakes on the way to take my daughter to school. She was ecstatic of course. Time to get the winter tyres on the car I think
I am so miserable I loathe the snow
No snow yet in Arth, but the top of Mt. Rigi is nicely dusted. We went for a hike up there yesterday, and it was great! Bring it on - I'm ready for winter!
Well i live high up in the hills of Zug, so i suppose it got here first! Had all melted by the evening though. However, my "magic" clock tells me it's going to snow within the next 12 hours, lets see if it works! It was only 1.8 degrees when i woke up this morning, so i'm sure the snow will soon follow again.
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
It is too cold for me, I may just go back to bed and keep warm under my duvet - added bonus, can't iron in bed
Cunnyfunt, tell your magic clock to chuff off
This user would like to thank Zug bound for this useful post:
Travelling to work this morning was beautiful. All the mountains and even the lower hills at the southern end of Zugersee were dusted in white. Then at work I heard that Engelberg has a good layer of snow already. Great... my skis are actually in for servicing now and new ski boots are calling!
It snowed for about three minutes on the way into work this morning in Bumpliz. There wasn't another person walking around as far as I could see, so I don't know if anyone else saw it. I was watching the little flakes landing on my coat and slowly melting and then the cloud was gone.
I know I've run out of head and Shoulders, but I'm sure it really was snow as I've never had cold dandruff.
I'm just glad my little girl didn't see it as she'd have been really disappointed as it didn't settle.
