I find it annoying. I do not use Facebook for its original purpose, but to log in other websites and in one of them my paid account is tied with Facebook account.
Quite sad, because now I've got plenty of time to waste and I am not able to do it...

Looks to be a Swiss problem... I was able to access Facebook without a problem using a proxy server
