Pitiful English, but good keyboards from these early Genesis or Marillion wannabes:

When I see it's 29 minutes long I am afraid to listen to it. Is this some kind of weird Opera coming on?

It's a 5 or 6 track EP, a follow up to "At King". Like I wrote, fast forward to near the end, no one will know if you skip the rest.

I stumbled upon this by coincidence. I personally think it's absolute rubbish but I thought that some of you Swiss music lovers might appreciate this song.

Re: Swiss music

Here is a video made by The Embassy of Switzerland http://www.swissemb.org .
I was blessed to do all the music and electric-acoustic guitars on their very beautiful epic video. It also features sweet photos of Switzerland from many people;(including myself with my favorite Swiss healthy carbonated soft drink RIVELLA).

Tschüßly,viel glück,alles gueti wünsch, und eine sonnige Woche zämeeee vo de Los Angeles Kalifornische gitarristen Dale.

Re: Swiss music

Wow, how could I miss this thread...

Makes me kind of sad that swiss (pop) music seemes to be represented by Bligg, Baschi, Gölä, Adrian Stern etc.
There is so much more...!

Here some of my personal favorites...

Sophie Hunger

Boy / Valeska Steiner

Bonaparte

James Gruntz

Greis

Steff La Cheffe

Tim & Puma Mimi (& Seelenluft)

Favez

And if you want a nice overview of newcomers in Switzerland, I recommend you the Demotape Clinic compilation:

Re: Swiss music

Has anyone here mentioned The Clowns yet? I love those guys, but they broke up a couple of weeks back. Maybe you read it in the paper, they were invited to play at the Olympic Games im London and then trashed them in an interview or something, saying they didn't care about the Games (who can blame them?). So they were uninvited and started fighting or something...
anyway, here they are:

And may I mention my own band, The Ruins? We're all Swiss, so that should count. Though I did grow up in the rather large apple of the US. www.theruins.ch.

Cheers and glad to be on here!

Jonas
