| | | Why cant I post an ad under "Market place"?
Hi,
Would any one know why I can't post a new thread under the "Market place" forum? I cant post ads in all other forums!! :-S
I've contacted the English Forum, but no reply from their part.
If someone could help, that would be great!!
Nadia

You need 10 posts, or your account needs to be a week old. It's way too young |

Funny how you say something isn't working, just to have it working a second later.. |

Hello,
Sorry you have not received a reply to your request. I didn't get the Help Flare, but it seems others have answered for you.
Poll options expanded, too.
Welcome to the English Forum!

Because you need at least 10 posts (so do I), or your account is new.

I love how the most recent poster has not only used the search function or read the sticky, but has also not read the replies on this very thread!

Well, he/she is a newbie whereas you're a veteran...so maybe we should take that into consideration! It's not so easy to navigate/understand the English forum when u r new...

I assume you're referring to yourself in the second highlighted bit - would the grammatically correct txt spk equivalent be: 'when 1 iz new'?

Since when do noobs assume the role of somebody who may actually know something? (Oh I forgot - you're not really a noob, but a re-incarnation).
I can't for one minute guess why you are red blobbed after just a few posts.

It's not so easy to navigate/understand the English forum when u r new... | | | | | This would be a valid point, except that if you have the same problem as a thread title that has already been posted and you've then clicked on the thread... one would normally read the responses in order to solve the problem first. No?
Did I criticise you for starting the thread? No. Even though it is fairly flipping obvious that there's a search function and the big thread right at the top of the marketplace which is blatantly there to give you help (not even a question of being a "veteran navigator" of the forum, just common sense). However, the person to which I was referring was even more of a numbskull, hence the comment.

how immature to post such comments...there's just no point! seems like u guys have nothing else better to do than be on the English Forum and post such threads...instead of actually using the forum for what it's really for... | Quote: | | | | | If you don't want any kind of answers that doesn't fit yours, don't post on a forum. | | | | | | | This user groans at Nadia1981 for this post: | | |
