It depends on the ambient temperature. What I find more unrealistic in US productions is the women going at it whilst keeping their bras on and the guys keeping their pants on (*unless of course it is a Showtime or HBO production).

I was more wondering why they always keep their high heels on.

I like sex under the blanket because it hides my imperfections.

Most ladies feel uncomfortable with their figures even though they may be attractive. A good looking woman will compare and fret endlessly about her curves, whilst a man couldn't care less and rarely will feel insecure about his own physique (perhaps because of the way women value them)
