Hi.. I didnt know where to post this so please if its in the wrong section moderators please move it... I need to know if someone can match the polish on my dining table to the chairs since it got messed up placing a hot iron on it... or if any one can polish it back to its original color... Thank you..

It is hard to tell. Depends on what the finish is. Paste a picture and hopefully one of the carpenters/furniture makers on this forum will get back to you.

I am not a professional but I would say, it could be either impossible or very easy to do. Depends purely on what wood and wood treatment were used. Sorry cant help further!
