Polyball

Is anyone going or has been there in previous years? Is it worth checking out?

Yes. 2012 Arabian theme night. All of eth is converted to dancefloors. It was not really wowing but worth a see. I went with 5 friends so we had a fun time over all. This yesrs theme is NY nights. I have no idea how to dress for that...

Re: Polyball

I heard you don't have to dress to the theme, necessarily, but I guess if people have fancy dress wear that matches the theme they wear it? I haven't been but have been told that I should check it out at least once while I'm here. I have a friend that plays in the ETH Big Band there and he said if you like to dance it's fun.

Re: Polyball

Definietly worth going if you're into dancing. About a dozen different rooms, each decorated in a different theme with a live band playing in each, each in a different music style, so you're sure to find smothing to suit your tastes. The scenery is also well worth enjoying. Many of the ladies go to great lengths to absolutely dazzle.

Yup, picking up my dress from the cleaner's today and have spent most of my public transport journeys this week watching video tutorials for up do hairstyles and simply can't decide whether to go for a classic up do (I have a one shoulder dress, see below, had to have it made smaller though on account of being about a stone lighter now) or to show off my thick, long, shiny hair by having a half up do. Serious problems to have.

Re: Polyball

Hi everyone,
Is anyone interested in buying a polyball ticket? My brother cancelled, so I have an extra one. I could give it for 70 CHF (the normal price is 89 CHF).
