Landi ShopVac - seeking reviews

I need a wet /dry shopvac and I refuse to buy another Kärcher.

Landi has a model for 39.99. It looks like a good deal as it sold with two types of filters, one for wet, one for dry. The replacement bags are very inexpensive.

Does anyone have any experience with this product?

Re: Landi ShopVac - seeking reviews

No experience with this exact model, but it seems very similar to a Hoover wet and dry that I've had for over 15 yrs., except my Hoover is 1200W.

In general a good vacuum, but at 1200W, it did struggle a bit with dog hair on a carpet - but if you don't have carpets, it should be a good cleaner - Landi's Okay brand products are normally pretty good.

BTW my Hoover is still going strong, but I now only use it for cleaning the car and cellar and any wet requirement.

Re: Landi ShopVac - seeking reviews

I bought the shopvac, although it is lightweight it doesn't tip over like the Kärcher did.

39.99 with a 5 year warranty is not a bad deal at all.

Re: Landi ShopVac - seeking reviews

So the shopvac broke, I took it in for repair. About a week later they called me, it cannot be repaired. So I went back expecting to get a replacement but was very surprised to get a refund.

I still have a package of dustbags which only fit that model.
