| || |Here in Belgium -you have to pay in most places to use a toilet-35 or maybe 50 cent.You get used to it and i must say it does mean that the toilets are always clean and furnished with soap and paper.
Also most have an attendant who takes pride in their job and must need to be paid somehow.
I will start saving some 1 franc coins in case for my visits to Switzerland

Does she still go in and wipe the toilet seat clean before you use the cubicle?
That always used to amuse me. She'd be sitting there at her table doing her knitting or crossword or whatever and the instant anyone arrived she'd jump up and verify the cleanliness of the toilet before they used it.
In my experience there are far more free toilets in Switzerland than there are in Belgium and they are generally pretty clean.
You should probably save a few 2 chf coins as well as it's 2chf in Bern railway station.
