Delicious... and gluten-free.
Yeah, I'm quite fond of octopus, but I've never eaten it boiled.

Sounds like something an English cook would do to it...

Did he want to be paid to clean the feet? Or was he offering the service for free?

Good, it must be terrible. Bad book, bad movie.
Have you seen the movie ?

The book was total drivel but according to the reviews and critics, the film is a lot better

Cooking a lovely Indian meal from Anul Kochhar's Simply Indian. I'm so glad I have a kind and thoughtful hubby all year round.

How else do you propose to cook it?

Even grilled, you boil it first, you don't grill raw octopus.

Review on my feed this morning from a 21-year-old friend:

"Well that was an utter pile of shit"

I have quite a few friends in the BDSM community and they all concur that this is NOT a BDSM movie/book!

I'm still trying to tempt the missus to eat the salmon mousse that I made especially last week ..... but every time she's about to eat some, she claims that she sees some shadowy figure, hovering outside the front door.

The books were sort of funny, especially the second one, even if it was so badly written it made me cringe at times. But the movie???? Only the girly rose-tinted silly stuff are soft enough to be in the movie...
I cant understand the hype of the books or the movie. People do those kind of stuff and even more hardcore every day. They just keep it private.

One more vote to the i wont read/watch the books/movie camp

Maybe in Ticino. In Greece they tenderise it by beating the crap out of it. No boiling necessary.

Sure, if you like screening ebay adverts for all the web's crazies by spinning a mouse wheel like a OCD hamster on crack and sleepdrooling over a keybored (that's a word I just made up) for waaay under minimum wage then be my guest.

Awww - did you know octopuses are some of the most intelligent animals in the sea? I've been lucky enough to play with several in the wild and they are incredible - just like puppies. Haven't been able to eat one in years.

If they are so smart then why do they end up on my plate and me not on theirs?
Maybe if they discovered how to make fire underwater}:-)
